The brain behind the SharePoint Helpdesk
Mr Therman Trotman
I'm not your typical "IT Guy." With over 22 years of experience in the IT industry, I've helped hundreds of users improve their work using Microsoft 365 tools. I'm passionate about showing people how technology can make their lives better, simpler, and more productive.
My journey began in 2009 when I worked as a video teleconferencing technician. I automated scheduling processes using SharePoint, which changed the way I worked for the better. This experience sparked my interest in SharePoint's potential.
In 2019, I started supporting another organization with SharePoint services as an independent consultant. This led to the birth of KJA Consulting. In 2021, I began to focus full-time on my business.
Realizing the need for every user with access to SharePoint to know its true power and deploy it, I launched the SharePoint Helpdesk. Microsoft integrating SharePoint into the 365 suite was my opportunity to help end users tap into its power, and now, the SharePoint Helpdesk exists to bridge the gbetween end users and SharePoint, making it possible for them to get rid of outdated and tedious processes and work better and live better.
